• How do I join Toastmasters?

• How much do I have to spend on Toastmasters?

Joining Toastmasters International requires that you pay a $20 registration fee and a $45 membership fee per 6 month cycle. Clubs may charge additional fees for club expenses.

• What Qualifications do I need to be a Toastmaster?

If you are 18 years or older, you can join. There are no other restrictions. 

• What can I learn at Toastmasters?

Toastmasters has a very structured educational program in which you can learn all aspects of public speaking and leadership within a friendly environment.

• I am embarrased to speak in public. How can Toastmasters help?

Toastmasters is the perfect environment for you. Exposure to good speakers and interactions with Toastmasters members within the club environment will give you the confidence you need.

• What is Pathways?

The Toastmasters Pathways Learning Experience is the new education program rolled out recently to replace the traditional two-track educational program. Learn more at https://www.toastmasters.org/Pathways-Overview

• How can Pathways help me?

Pathways allows you to choose from 11 paths that include every aspect of Toastmasters. The structured education program allows you to build your skills progressively. 

• What are the advantages of Pathways?

The Pathways Learning Experience allows for a lot of choice over the Traditional Education Program, as it covers approximately 300 competencies. 

• Where can I learn more about Pathways?

• Is there a time limit to achieve Toastmasters Education Awards?

Toastmasters allows you to take as long as you want to finish your educational achievements. You are not bound by time.

• I used to be in a corporate club, but have since left that company. What are my options?

The best option is to join a Community Club such as Braybrooke Toastmasters Club, where you will not be tethered to your employment.

• I am a retiree. What does Braybrooke Toastmasters Club have to offer me?
